We focus on people

Break The Ice Forum is the B2B event for the M.I.C.E. sector. It's a 2nights-1day intimate size forum with a unique group cohesion, creating close relations with all the participants. It's an authentic business opportunity! 

Family-sized forum

We are convinced that small groups foster an environment for magical moments to occur. 40 to 60 Buyers break the ice with the same amount of Suppliers. By staying at the same hotel, individuals have the chance to genuinely connect through one-to-one meetings, team-building activities, networking dinners, and lively parties!

Pre-scheduled meetings

As seasoned professionals in the Hospitality and MICE industry, we have gained insight into your requirements and are equipped to meet them. Allow us to handle the details while you unwind. On Friday morning, we have organized one-to-one meetings with the top buyers/suppliers for you. This will be followed by opportunities to build meaningful connections over lunch, activities, dinners, and an after-party, where you'll get to mingle with everyone.

"Be the change that you wish to see in the world" said Gandhi! We want to contribute to projects that have a lasting & positive impact on the destinations where the forums occur. Whenever possible we try to propose sustainable activities on Friday afternoon!

We offer you a commitment. With Break the Ice, it only takes 2 nights & 1 day to create strong bonds and new lasting business relationships. Plus good food (= good mood) and good drinks (= lots of fun). You will be back home Saturday afternoon, tired (maybe) but surely happy and motivated to start a new week at work.
